Buy with confidence

Rack pipes and fittings are guaranteed for as long as you own your rack.

If a fitting fails, return it to us for a free replacement.

 

Returns

We trust you will love your Pipe Dope percussion rack.

However, if you wish to return a rack or any accessory, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: Unused and in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will refund the full purchase price (minus shipping) to the original payment method.

You are responsible to pay the cost of return shipping.

Starting a return

To start a return, send an email to info@pipedopepercussion.com.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Notification

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note: Pipes may contain incidental marks from manufacturing and handling. These do not affect performance are generally not visible beyond close inspection.
